The service
NEX is a financial intelligence and decision-support product operated by Finvestco, Netherlands (KvK 94329524, VAT/BTW NL004546549B97). It produces automated analysis of financial documents you upload and presents extracted figures, metrics, risks and signals.
Decision-support only
NEX supports your own analysis; it does not replace it. You remain fully responsible for your business and financial decisions and for any action taken on the basis of NEX output.
No regulated advice
NEX does not provide regulated investment, legal, tax, audit or accounting advice, and no client, advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by using the service.
Accuracy of output
Automated extraction and analysis can be incomplete or incorrect, and results depend on the quality and completeness of the documents you provide. Verify material figures against the original source documents before relying on them.
Your documents
You may only upload documents you own or are otherwise entitled to process and share for this purpose, and you are responsible for ensuring that doing so does not breach confidentiality, contractual or data protection obligations.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt, overload, probe or circumvent the service or its security, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no resale of the service, and no uploading of malicious files.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Notify us at info@finvestco.nl if you suspect unauthorised access.
Intellectual property
The NEX software, interface, methodology and branding remain the property of Finvestco. You retain all rights in the documents you upload; the analysis output produced for you may be used freely within your organisation.
Availability
NEX is provided on an as-available basis and is under active development. Features may change and access may be interrupted for maintenance, provider issues or other reasons; no specific uptime is promised.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Finvestco is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses resulting from decisions based on NEX output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; the date above shows the latest version.
