How are payments processed?: Payments are securely processed by Stripe. NEX does not store your card details.
What is included in one analysis?: A complete NEX analysis includes financial metrics, ratios, risks and signals, AI-assisted insights, source traceability, and a professional PDF report.
Does downloading the PDF use another analysis?: No. Viewing an existing result or downloading its PDF again does not use another analysis.
Do I need a subscription to use NEX?: No. You can start with the Free Trial, which includes one complete financial analysis with no card required. You can also purchase a Single Analysis without a subscription. NEX Plus and NEX Professional are available for users who need recurring monthly analyses.
What happens to my analysis credits each month?: Your monthly plan credits can be used throughout your current billing period, based on your plan allowance. They refresh after each successful subscription renewal. Unused monthly plan credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Extra credits remain separate from your monthly plan allowance.
Can I cancel my subscription?: Yes. NEX Plus and NEX Professional subscribers can manage or cancel their subscription from the Account page using Manage Billing.
